Victoria founded Platinum Pacific Partners in 2008 after a decade in executive search in both London and Sydney. She has deep and long-held relationships with many market participants given a career dedicated to search, including 20 years in Sydney. Throughout her career she has worked with both established and start-up domestic and international entities to secure the talent they need to succeed. She also assists with team and talent mapping, compensation comparison and recruitment strategy.
Victoria’s areas of specialty include private capital, investment banking and corporate strategy and M&A. She is passionate about gender equality and harnessing technology to deliver real results, and prides herself on building rewarding, long-term client relationships. Victoria has an honours degree in modern languages and is fluent in French and Italian.
