Paddy’s professional path began in financial consulting. The skills he developed at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Mercer Human Resource Consulting across Ireland and the UK proved the perfect base from which to build a successful recruiting career.
In 2011, Paddy brought his skills to Australia and joined Platinum Pacific Partners shortly thereafter, where he is now responsible for co-head of Finance and Operations. As an Executive Director within our business, Paddy is able to use his extensive experience in the banking and financial sectors to recruit for finance-specific C-suite and department head positions. He also has an extensive professional network that puts him in an ideal position to connect candidates with employers.
