Jess is responsible for coverage across Investment Banking, Venture Capital and ESG/Impact. She joins PPP with over 10 years of experience working in various in-house recruitment roles within Global Investment Banks. Having worked in roles in London and Hong Kong, she returned to Sydney in 2018 to lead the talent acquisition function in Australia for one of these Global Banks where she focused on end-to-end recruitment for all business divisions, partnered with business heads on hiring strategy, compensation consulting and talent mapping.
Having completed an Arts degree in Organisational Learning and majoring in Human Resources Management, she is passionate about contributing to an organisation’s strategic objectives through their hiring. By building strong and lasting relationships and partnering closely with both clients and candidates, she believes this will in turn deliver the best possible experience and outcome for all.
