VP / Director – Infrastructure and Renewables Advisory
This is an independent corporate advisory firm specialising in Infrastructure, Energy & Utilities Advisory and working with both public and private companies. The team has deep experience successfully leading and executing a wide range of transactions.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Associate Director – Director to spearhead high-profile transactions and drive growth in infrastructure, transport, energy, and renewable energy sectors. In this role, you will lead the origination and execution of M&A, debt advisory, and strategic engagements, working with a team of accomplished professionals from leading global institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the origination, execution, and management of transactions to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while nurturing client relationships.
Oversee transaction deliverables, including financial models, marketing materials, and due diligence coordination. - Manage multiple workstreams across M&A, financing, and strategic advisory projects.
Mentor junior team members, providing oversight and guidance on financial modelling and transaction processes.
Independently engage with clients, third parties, and stakeholders, showcasing professionalism and expertise.
What You Bring:
- 8–10 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, corporate finance, or infrastructure private equity.
- Proven expertise in the infrastructure, energy, and renewable sectors, with a strong track record in M&A and debt advisory.
- Advanced financial modelling skills and the ability to mentor and review junior staff outputs.
- Confidence and gravitas to effectively engage with senior stakeholders, clients, and multidisciplinary advisors.
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, paired with a passion for advancing critical industries.
