Our client, a global prestigious Private Equity firm is looking for a fresh addition to their support team. Working with such an experienced and dynamic business, we are looking for someone who can add immediate value but also commit and grow with the business. You will enjoy the hard working and respectful culture of joining a prestigious business.

You will already be working within Professional or Financial Services and looking for a step up. This is a very busy and fast paced role, with constantly changing agendas working with international time zones. Attention to detail is crucial, as is a positive attitude. This role offers significant ownership, responsibility, and variety as you help to provide the administrative backbone and foundation to this high performing business.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

Diary Management

  • Managing the diaries of 4 busy Executives
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Assist with and attend to incoming calls, liaising with clients, emails and general matters as required

 

Team support

  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required
  • Assisting with producing documents in Word and PowerPoint
  • Assisting with ordering supplies and general office maintenance

 

Travel logistics and events

  • Coordinating event & travel logistics, including flights, transport and hotel bookings, booking event/meeting rooms and catering as required
  • Track business expenses and prepare expense reports

 

To succeed with your application, you will ideally have:

  • Proven success in supporting a team in an administrative capacity, preferably with corporate experience
  • The communication skills and maturity to build effective relationships with senior executives, clients and colleagues
  • Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive, one step ahead work ethic, can-do attitude and approach
  • An outcomes-driven approach to work
