Platinum Pacific Partners is currently working with a leading Private Investment Manager. The firm provides sophisticated investors with investment solutions covering debt, real estate and private equity.

Newly created position in a specialist finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a CA professional who has trained within business services looking to transition into a commercial setting in a high growth, high performing business.

Diverse opportunity that will see you take ownership for all aspects of fund accounting, across portfolio of funds. This varied and diverse position will encompass:

  • Preparation of Capital Call and Distribution schedules and notices
  • Preparation of Management Fee Calculations
  • Monthly unit pricing
  • Preparation of quarterly fund accounts
  • Preparation and/or review of trust quarterly BAS
  • Review of annual trust tax statements and tax returns
  • Assistance with Quarterly Investor Reporting
  • Regulatory Reporting

 

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA
  • 4+ years’ experience within Business Services or Fund Management
  • Strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking, planning and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and dependability
  • You can work efficiently in an unstructured, ambiguous environment and do well in fast paced, dynamic environments where critical thinking and innovation are important to achieve success through curiosity and collaboration
