Our client, a dynamic partnership with deep expertise in real estate development, capital management, and innovative investment strategies, is dedicated to delivering top-tier residential assets across Australia. We are currently seeking a Analyst to join this leading platform in the build-to-rent sector. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting financial analysis and reporting for ongoing projects, as well as contributing to new transactions and capital raisings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial models and reporting for existing projects, including investor reports, asset and business plans, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the Development and Operations teams to analyse ongoing projects and contribute to new acquisitions.
  • Develop and refine project and fund models, and prepare market research, term sheets, investment papers, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with internal teams, JV partners, and investors.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in real estate financial analysis, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Property, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills are essential, with experience in real estate valuations and development knowledge being an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in residential build-to-rent (BTR) is a plus, but not required.
