Platinum Pacific Partners are seeking candidates at the 1-3 year mark post-graduation who are seeking to build and develop their careers in private credit investing. Our client is a boutique Australian fund manager, well networked and high profile leadership. The mandate invests in a broad range of sectors writing tickets from $30 mio to $120mio in size, structuring across the capital stack incorporating mezzanine and preferred equity positions. The role is a part of growing team in the domestic Australian market.
Candidates must show a strong thesis as to why private credit is an area of interest through research and understanding of the asset class. It is most likely the candidate will come from investment banking or corporate advisory. Candidates may also come from transactions teams in the professional services firms or domestic banks. M&A and leveraged finance experience is highly sought after but our client is open minded. It is likely successful candidates will have excellent academic track records, be hard working and career oriented.
