Our client, a high performing Asset Management business, is looking for a part time Office Manager to support the team of 20. You will play a pivotal role in the business, looking after the administration function and managing external relationships with vendors.

 

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Day to day functioning of the general office, managing delivery of supplies and service providers
  • Provide support to the CEO, CIO, COO, CAO and Senior Compliance Manager in terms of workflow management, administration and accounts payable
  • Manage the company diary and bookings for Board Meetings, Investment meetings etc.
  • Manage the company facilities and meeting rooms and the associated AV equipment
  • Develop a company office manual and onboarding pack
  • Work with our ESG team on carbon measurement and verification for the areas for which this role has responsibility

 

To be successful in this role you will be passionate about supporting a busy, fast paced team, and likely have:

  • 5+ years’ relevant experience. Prior experience in working in the financial industry is highly preferable
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels across the global organisation
  • Ability to build strong relationships and be resilient and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Shows initiative, proactivity and demonstrates an ability to work autonomously with a strong eye for detail
  • High degree of confidentiality, self-awareness, and discretion
  • Strong technical ability and experience with Microsoft (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

 

Proven communication and relationship management skills are essential coupled with a willingness to learn and develop and the ability to work under pressure and prioritise.
