Investor Relations Associate

The Investor Relations Associate role sits within their dedicated, centralised distribution function which covers all of our clients’ strategies and investors across the spectrum from global institutions, family offices, wealth channels and individuals.

The primary focus of this role will be to partner with and service institutional investors and be responsible for coordinating fundraising activity across this investor base.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing institutional clients
  • Manage investor engagements and act as primary contact for queries and distributing information while ensuring service excellence
  • Assist with meeting preparation (including roadshows)
  • Effective CRM use to enable analysis of sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Organise quarterly reporting and investor updates
  • Arrange Investor Relations in-person and virtual events, including annual and mid-year meetings and quarterly update webinars
  • Support team activity while collaborating with internal stakeholders across finance, operations and investments
  • Manage virtual datarooms


We are seeking individuals who are passionate about investor relations and client service and are prepared to commit to developing in this role over the next 2-3 years. Key attributes/competencies:

  • Bachelor degree is vital in a relevant field with strong academic transcripts
  • 2-4 years experience in business, accounting or finance
  • Prior experience in Investor Relations (Private Equity or other alternative asset classes) will be highly regarded but not required
  • A strong understanding of the asset management fundamentals is essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Willingness to contribute to team outcomes, and also self-motivated to succeed
  • A strong work ethic coupled with resilience and the ability to deliver under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Teams)
