Our client is a leading global alternative asset manager with an excellent track record in real assets investing. The infrastructure debt strategy focuses on data centres, transportation and renewables as primary sectors. The typical ticket size ranges from $100 million to $1 billion. With differentiated, global pools of capital, this business can offer sponsors solutions across the entire risk spectrum, creating a major opportunity for growth in the Asia region.

The three key deal types the Infrastructure Debt Group include mezzanine deals which account for approximately 80% of transactions. The fund can also deploy into structured equity, preferred equity and higher yielding assets. Finally, the team can also write senior debt for more lower yielding and flow-orientated lending.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in M&A, private credit or project finance. Candidates with experience in renewables, transport or data centres will be seen favourably. We are looking for candidates who are strong analytically, with expertise in financial modelling. It is imperative that you view investment opportunities through an equity lens and show some level of investment acumen. The ideal candidate will also showcase attention to detail, humility and a great work ethic.
