Key Responsibilities:

Diary Management:
• Coordinate the schedules of key Executives across two teams
• Facilitate seamless meeting arrangements
• Handle incoming communications with clients, ensuring prompt responses and assistance
• Organise interviews for the HR team

Team Support:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support as needed
• Assist in document creation using Word and PowerPoint
• Manage office supplies and general maintenance tasks

Travel Logistics and Events:
• Organise travel logistics and event coordination, including flights, accommodations, and venue bookings
• Maintain expense tracking and prepare detailed reports

Desired Qualifications:
• Proven track record in administrative support, ideally within a corporate environment
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with senior executives, clients, and colleagues
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting
