As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the CEO and assume a hands-on and strategic role. You will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on company operations, helping to analyse, strategise, and grow our client’s financial position.

• Analytical – Develop, communicate & implement the companies financial strategy
• Financial Management – Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports and analysis
• Treasury – Oversee cashflow, liquidity and investment management to optimise financial resources
• Growth – Lead & participate in M&A activities
• Scale – Future proofing the business is vital. Creation of processes, analytics & automation to allow significant sustainable growth
• Investor Relations – Develop and maintain strong relationships with the investment community, analysts and shareholders

Your Background:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA
• 10+ years’ experience in a senior financial managerial position within financial services and/or technology
• Previous public traded company experience
• Strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking, planning and creative problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of ASX listing rules
• Demonstrated Investor Relations capability
• Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and dependability
• You can work efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic environments where critical thinking and innovation are important to achieve success through curiosity and collaboration
• Possesses a true global mindset with flexibility to work outside standard business hours
