Platinum Pacific Partners is excited to announce an exclusive partnership with a leading, listed specialist in high-growth, diversified alternatives investment management. Our client, a forward-thinking investment manager, oversees capital across various real asset strategies on behalf of institutional, wholesale, and private investors.
We are currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the Executive Management team and spearhead the firm’s expanding Real Estate Strategy. This newly created role is ideal for a dynamic and strategic leader who is ready to make a significant impact in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. The role is strategic and multifaceted, offering the chance to shape the future of the firm’s real estate division while driving performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy and decision-making for the Real Estate division
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the investment community, analysts and shareholders
- Communicate the divisions financial performance and strategic initiatives to external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Executive Management team to drive divisional performance.
- Influence key business operations to strengthen market position and profitability
- Lead and participate in M&A activities, assess potential investments and partnerships to support company’s growth objectives
What We’re Looking For:
- Strategic Leadership: Proven experience as a CFO or in senior financial roles within investment management or real estate
- Strong M&A expertise: Expertise in data-driven decision-making and financial strategy
- Investor Relations Expertise: Ability to engage and manage relationships with investors an broader investment community
- Growth-Oriented Mindset: A hands-on, high-energy approach to driving results and achieving long-term success.
