CFO/COO role in a dynamic environment within the wealth management sector. This position is ideal for a senior finance professional with a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, M&A activities, and scaling businesses.

You will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on company operations, helping to analyse, strategise, and grow our client’s financial position.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA.
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior financial managerial position within financial services.
  • Proven experience in M&A activities, from due diligence to integration.
  • Strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking, planning, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of ASX listing rules.
  • Demonstrated investor relations capability.
  • Ability to lead by example and uphold a strong sense of integrity, ethics, and dependability.
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, dynamic environments where critical thinking, innovation, curiosity, and collaboration drive success.
