Our client, a known global alternative investment manager, is looking to appoint a sales professional to enhance their Australian team. This individual will support the firm’s engagement and capital raising initiatives with institutional investors across Australia and New Zealand.
With substantial AUM, managing a range of alternative investments across private equity, private credit, real estate, hedge funds and infrastructure on behalf of institutional and retail investors. The current team enjoys an open communication and collaborative culture which extends to their client interaction and as such, the team has developed strong and trusted relationships with the local client landscape.
We are interested in those candidates who bring Private Credit or Private Equity investments experience seeking to leverage their skill set and move into a capital raising role. You will join an existing boutique team of consultative sales professionals and will develop relationships with institutional investors to facilitate the sales of domestic and global product across Australia and New Zealand. This will include developing strategic account plans for all existing clients, AUM retention and developing relationships with prospects through regular and progressive communication.
Profiles of interest are those with 3-5 years’ minimum experience, developed from either a Private Credit or Private Equity investing role. Outstanding relationship management skills are a must as is strong technical and product knowledge to effectively communicate investment strategies and performance.
